Become a Business Monitor Partner

Business Monitor engages with client organisations to develop systems that monitor business risk sand maximise success. The process is a tiered approach of review, assessment, support and promoting for profit. The aim is to ensure clients create a manageable platform to develop sustainable, profitable business practice through compliance and conformance.

The model is a simple one that addresses the need for vigilance across areas of legislation, workforce management and governance that are so complex.

Business Monitor will:

1. Refer relevant requests to your organisation in areas of expertise beyond our scope. These will include but are not exclusive to insurance, legal, IT strategy, cyber, migration, safety, psychosocial health and more.

2. Provide opportunities to participate in online discussion forums with Dianne Gibert on topics   that raise awareness of business risk and business improvement.

3. Engage with Business Monitor Supported Services, where a Business Monitor consultant and/or specialised Partner is contracted to deliver a solution.

4. There is no fee to become a Partner, but all Partners are asked to undertake the Business Monitor Review ( a one-hour high level review with Dianne Gibert to ensure understanding of the assessment all clients we introduce to you have undertaken and to sign a Memorandum of Understanding that formalises the partnership.
