Service Excellence Consulting was launched in 2007 by Dianne Gibert.
Dianne brought more than three decades of experience as a management consultant to the business and her work across a range of industry sectors indicated a need for simple but effective consulting support and resources. Dianne’s primary goal has always been to collaborate with business to strengthen their management systems and the quality of services offered to minimise their risk profile.
Dianne has worked closely with Julie Mills for more than 20 years to develop standards and provide support and resources to industry Associations in the recruitment sector. Through this partnership and shared commitment to best practice, we have created Business Monitor which captures the comprehensive regulatory knowledge, legislative frameworks and compliance challenges that every business needs.
The model is evolving as we review organisations of all sizes and disciplines and develop unique solutions to minimise risks and maximise success.
The underpinning methodology is always to improve business performance through focussed risk management, systems development and education.
Where necessary, change is introduced, and quality practice implemented. Business sustainability is always the desired outcome.
