Business Monitor Program

It is a challenging world today for business owners in Australia and New Zealand. Laws and obligations to protect workers and consumers are important, but they are ever-changing and subject to interpretation. How can business owners keep up?

The Business Monitor Program has been designed to help you understand what and where the risks may be in your business.

You decide how to manage these risks, and if you choose, you can learn to use your status as a complying supplier as a powerful marketing differentiator.

How Business Monitor Works

A simple 4 step program starting with:

  1. A high-level assessment (Business Monitor Review)

  2. One or more deeper assessments in any areas of concern (iMonitor Risk Assessment. You can now evaluate and prioritise what you need to do.

  3. We can then provide, if needed, a Supported Service or customised improvement advice, both of which may include input from other specialists (BM Partners).

  4. The final extended step is to Promote for Profit which can turn all this effort into an effective market differentiator for reputation and business growth.

Business Monitor Review (BMR)

The fast pace of change requires a vigilant approach to every area of legislation, workforce management and governance. This one-hour, high-level review assesses the key compliance areas in your business, giving you the information you need to identify where you need to take action. This is an important first step for the Labour Hire application support service. Fee $700 + GST. Undertaking the BMR also brings you onboard as a Business Monitor Subscriber for 12 months, and provides four free webinars. Request a BMR here.

iMonitor Risk Assessments

If the BMR identifies some areas of real or potential weakness, then an iMonitor assessment can explore that area in more detail. There are a wide range of assessment topics – privacy, safety, worker engagement, cybersecurity and more. Each assessment takes 1-2 hours. The written report provides valuable information on the topic as well has setting out what is/is not in place and an evaluation of the possible level of risk. Find out more
