It is so exciting to be working with Dianne on the Business Monitor and to personally see the commitment our clients have to business improvement and strong systems management.

My background is varied from senior roles in the education system, management roles in a range of industry Associations including Science Teachers Association, Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce, Recruitment & Consulting Services Association, Information Technology and Contract Association and the Association of Professional Staffing Companies. (Australia). These roles confirmed to me that organisations genuinely want “to do the right thing” but, in the face of constant regulatory change, keeping on track is often difficult, costly and chaotic.

I have acted as an advisor to many emerging businesses over the years and have worked with Dianne on a range of interesting projects - and this one is proving to be just what organisations are looking for - if the demand is any indication.

My involvement with previous Australian Prime Minister’s Business Advisory Groups, the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Committee; the Privacy Commissioner’s Prinet Group, the Mature Age Taskforce and various State & Territory Workplace Relations Working Groups has been instrumental in forming my views on the impact of legislation and regulatory frameworks on businesses and the need for constant vigilance in managing business risk.
