Application fees only apply in Victoria and if application is unsuccessful there is no refund which is why it is necessary to get it right. The fee has to be paid each time you apply. You can withdraw during the application process if it is evident, you are not ready - application fee is not paid until you submit.
The licence fee is annual in all jurisdictions and is accompanied by a review of your business against the requirements.

Business Monitor fees for LHL support are:
$1500 for first licence application (post BMR)
$ 450 for each subsequent application.
$ 850 for preparing a business plan which is not mandatory in all jurisdictions it it does assist your application as it must reflect your organisation's compliance and other management controls.
Whilst the content of this plan is limited to LHL requirements it can be reused and expanded as you need.
