Dianne Gibert & Julie Mills have worked closely to develop a program which delivers a focus on risk management and profitability – an unlikely pairing some would say. Through a shared commitment to best practice, they have created Business Monitor which captures the comprehensive regulatory knowledge, legislative frameworks and compliance challenges that every business needs. 

Dianne has brought more than three decades of experience as a management consultant to this new business. Her work across a range of industry sectors has been driven by a primary goal to collaborate with organisations to strengthen their management systems and the quality of service to minimise their risk profile and strengthen their message to market. 

Julie has, for more than 30 years, worked with Associations and businesses to develop professional standards and provide support and resources to ensure compliance, ethical behaviours and quality education and training. 

The Business Monitor is an evolving program as we review organisations of all sizes and disciplines and develop unique solutions to minimise risks and maximise success. The underpinning methodology is always to improve business performance through focussed assessment, targeted risk management, quality driven systems development and supporting education.
